Terms of Use.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the AIWAYS website at aiwaysdigital.com, including the SkipQ and ESL product pages (the "Site"), operated by AIWAYS Technologies Ltd. ("AIWAYS", "we"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms cover the marketing website only. Any SkipQ or ESL pilot or production deployment is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA).
01Use of the site
You may read, share, screenshot, and link to the Site for lawful, informational purposes. You may not scrape or harvest the Site, republish substantial portions of it as your own, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or reverse engineer our brand, code, or designs. We may suspend access for misuse.
02Intellectual property
The Site and its contents, including text, graphics, logos, the AIWAYS and SkipQ names and wordmarks, and design, are owned by AIWAYS or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. AIWAYS, SkipQ and the SkipQ logo are trademarks of AIWAYS Technologies Ltd. Hanshow, Nebular, Polaris, Lumina and ALL STAR are marks of their owner, used under our partner arrangement, and ESL product imagery is supplied by that partner. Nothing here grants you a license to use our marks without prior written permission, except as needed to link to or factually reference us. Materials in our press kit may be used to write about AIWAYS, SkipQ or ESL.
03Commercial terms are separate
The Site is informational and is not an offer to sell or a binding quote. Pricing, service levels, and the commercial relationship for any pilot or deployment are set out in the MSA, which is provided to qualified buyers and negotiated separately. If anything on the Site conflicts with the MSA, the MSA governs the commercial relationship.
04Forward-looking statements and figures
The Site includes performance figures, projected savings, and roadmap statements. Many are based on early pilot data, modeled estimates, or industry baselines and are labeled as indicative. They are provided for illustration, may not reflect your results, and are not a guarantee or warranty of any outcome. Certifications described as in progress are not yet complete.
05Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.
06No warranties
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
07Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIWAYS and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred United States dollars (USD 100).
08Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold AIWAYS harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these terms.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). The DIFC Courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or the Site.
10Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here with the date shown above. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
