Your POS or ERP price file syncs to the cloud platform. The platform sends each change to the store access point, which updates the label over a low-power narrowband radio. A single label updates in around 30 seconds. A 10,000-label store refreshes in 30 to 60 minutes.
No. The labels talk to a dedicated PoE access point on their own narrowband frequency, separate from Wi-Fi. That also means fewer access points than Wi-Fi-based systems.
Up to 15 years on Nebular Plus at two updates per day, and around 10 years on Nebular Ultra, Polaris and freezer models. Batteries are replaceable. The console reports battery level per label.
Yes. Standard labels are IP68 and run from 0 to 40 °C. Freezer variants are rated to −25 °C. LCD shelf screens are IP65.
Yes. The platform integrates with major POS and ERP systems, and any system that can export a price file or expose an API. Integration is scoped and tested against live data before the first install.

Labels carry an IoT security chip and talk over their own narrowband radio, isolated from store networks. The cloud platform runs on Microsoft Azure with single sign-on. Security documentation is available on request.
