AIWAYS Technologies Ltd. ("AIWAYS", "we", "us") operates this website, including the SkipQ and ESL product pages, the SkipQ AI Checkout platform and the AIWAYS ESL electronic shelf label offering. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through aiwaysdigital.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Handling of shopper data captured inside a retailer deployment is governed separately by a Data Processing Agreement, described below.

In a live SkipQ deployment or pilot, the cameras and software on the cart process images and transaction data to complete checkout. In an ESL deployment, the label platform (provided by our technology partner Hanshow Technologies and hosted on Microsoft Azure) processes product and pricing data and, where shelf cameras are installed, shelf images. In both cases the retailer is the data controller and AIWAYS acts as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement, subject to the retailer's own notices to shoppers. AIWAYS does not use shopper data for advertising and does not sell it.
The website and SkipQ are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the date shown above. Where appropriate, we will communicate material changes.
